Hereford Place
Created for Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects in 2023
Hereford Place is a project located in New Cross South London, and sits adjacent to the New Cross train station. The scheme takes on a completely different identity when it comes to night. There are strip lights to the front facade, radiating the building against the night sky.
In front is an allotment for the use of local people who have been granted a plot. There’s a warm synergy between the graceful architecture of the structure, and the nature provided from the foreground.
